A few weeks ago we started to talk to Loot Inc. A guild some of our guildies have been in for a short while during TBC.

Loot Inc tried out with 25 mans themselves, but as Arisen, couldn’t keep the steam up, and that sadly made them quit the 25 man adventures. It ended with people going on breaks, quitting, etc.

A story that seems very familiar to how things have gone in our guild.

But now the core have returned (as it is with Arisen), and they decided to just go casual/social/friends raiding together (as in Arisen).

We started talking with them (in a random VoA raid where I won my tier 10 gloves, yay), and talked about the possibility to do something together.

So the last few weeks we’ve used to prepare, and talk to them, getting to know them, and last night the final test finally arrived.

The first 25 man, together. We ventured to ICC25 (together with three randoms), and the first wing was more or less one shotted. There was a few, probably too big pulls, but nothing we couldn’t overcome.

We met our challenge at Festergut, but it’s only a matter of time before he will go down too.

We’re all pretty happy about how things went last night.

So a big thank you to everyone who showed up!

We ventured into Ulduar to take a little peek at what’s waiting for us.

After a few tries we finally got the idea of the first vehicle fight, and got Flame Leviathan in the end.

We didn’t down anything else, but it’s only a matter of time.

Saturday night we ventured into Malygos’s Lair to take him on.

After a few good tries, and with a bit of replacements, we finally got him down.

This means that Arisen, for the first time in it’s history, has cleared all available content. This the days after our three year anniversary.

Hi everyone

Since the expansion is upon us, we felt like updating the design a bit. So I welcome you to the new Arisen website.

We have started with the front page, and we have introduced a new recruitment system, to prevent spam.

The forum is so far still the same, hence the design change when you enter the forum. But the forum is next and will be online during December along with raiding and dkp pages.

Arisen is open and available for recruitment again, in preparation for Wrath of the Lich King. We are ideally looking for tanks and healers as this is our priority at this moment in time. If you interested please head to our recruitment section on our forums and apply.

Just a reminder to those applying, Arisen is a social guild with raiding tendencies. We are not Hardcore but we like to raid and progress while enjoying the social factor of the game aswell.
